The Inner Shift Experience is Ascension Living’s signature group hypnotherapy program — designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reset your mindset, and create lasting change without the overwhelm.
If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck in overthinking, or trapped in cycles of people-pleasing and perfectionism, this small-group format gives you the tools, guidance, and support you need to quiet the noise and finally feel steady again.
HOW IT WORKS
New group sessions are released every quarter, so you can join at a time that fits your schedule.
When you register, you’ll receive:
Personalized Intake Form: Explore your current challenges, clarify your goals, and share what’s coming up for you so your experience is fully tailored.
Three Live Group Hypnotherapy Sessions:
One 90-minute session to set the foundation and re-pattern the biggest subconscious blocks keeping you stuck
Two 60-minute sessions to go deeper, each beginning with a guided mindset reset to help you ground, set an intention, and focus your energy. (All times listed in Atlantic Time)
Printable Guided Journal Prompts: Support your integration and deepen reflection between sessions
Digital Affirmation Cards: Reinforce confidence, clarity, and self-worth in your daily routine
