Welcome to Ascension Living ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our hypnotherapy services. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Our hypnotherapy services are intended to provide support and guidance for personal growth and well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have medical conditions or concerns, consult a healthcare professional before starting hypnotherapy.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Sessions can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, which are detailed on our website.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.  No refunds will be issued for any coaching program after 3 sessions taken and the amount will be pro-rata. Membership monthly payments will not be refunded, this offering must be cancelled 14 days before the next payment is due.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. All sessions are private and confidential. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Health: You must inform us of any medical conditions, mental health issues, or medications that could affect your hypnotherapy sessions.

Participation: Active participation and openness are required for effective results. You are responsible for following through with any agreed-upon actions or homework.

6. Disclaimers

Results: Hypnotherapy results can vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Medical Advice: Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia, depending on the jurisdiction where the services are provided. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of these jurisdictions.
