Executive Hypnocoaching

for Leaders Who Refuse to Settle

Still performing. Still delivering.
But done compensating.

Subconscious correction starts here

Correct the Pattern.

Elevate the Standard.

If hesitation tightens your decisions under pressure, you’re not lacking ability. You’re running a subconscious pressure pattern.

My is 6-week executive hypnocoaching intensive designed for professionals and leaders who are capable, self-aware, and ready to examine what sustained pressure has built and correct it.

We identify the subconscious beliefs, reactions, and habits shaping how you think, decide, communicate, and lead under high demand. Then we recalibrate them. This is not surface coaching. It is structured, focused work that requires honesty, responsibility, and follow-through.

Clinical hypnotherapy addresses the deeper neurological patterns that activate under pressure. Strategic coaching strengthens clarity, execution, and leadership precision. Together, they restore decisiveness, steadiness, and performance that no longer relies on force or self-management.

If you’re looking for surface motivation, this isn’t it. If you’re ready to correct what pressure has wired into your leadership, book your Performance Alignment Call.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a therapeutic approach that helps you access a relaxed, focused state where the conscious “thinking mind” steps back and the subconscious mind becomes more open to change. In this state, you’re not asleep or out of control—you’re deeply aware, but more receptive.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I use this state to work with the part of your mind that drives habits, patterns, and self-beliefs—the part that often resists change through willpower alone. Hypnosis allows us to shift what’s underneath the surface: the loops of self-doubt, burnout, people-pleasing, or perfectionism that keep you stuck.

Think of it as updating old programming. Just like a computer runs on software, your subconscious runs on patterns that were often written years ago. Hypnosis creates the space to rewire those outdated scripts and install new ones—so you can feel calmer, more confident, and more aligned with who you really are.

What happens during a Hypnotherapy session?

During a session, I guide you into a relaxed, trance-like state where your mind is calm but focused. It’s very similar to that “in-between” feeling when you’re deeply absorbed in a book, daydreaming, or about to drift off to sleep. In this state, your subconscious mind—the part that runs your habits, beliefs, and automatic responses—becomes more open and receptive to positive suggestions.

From here, we can safely explore and gently shift the patterns that may be fueling self-doubt, burnout, people-pleasing, or other blocks. Some sessions focus on creating relief and calm in the moment, while others work at the root level—rewriting old subconscious scripts so they no longer run the show.

You remain aware and in control the entire time; you can open your eyes or stop the process at any point. The goal isn’t to “lose control”—it’s to give you a calm space where change feels easier and more natural. Many clients describe it as deeply restorative, often leaving the session with a clearer mind, a lighter body, and a new sense of perspective.

Is Hypnotherapy safe?

Yes, hypnotherapy is safe! You are always aware, always in control, and you can stop the process at any time.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, my role is to guide you gently into this state and work with you to release the subconscious patterns that no longer serve you. There are no hidden tricks or loss of control—just a collaborative process that allows your mind and body to relax deeply while creating the conditions for lasting transformation.

What can Hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of challenges because it works at the subconscious level—the place where habits, beliefs, and automatic reactions are formed. People often use it for stress, burnout, anxiety, and overthinking, as well as building confidence, self-worth, and breaking patterns of people-pleasing or perfectionism. It’s also commonly used for sleep issues, fears and phobias, pain management, and even habit changes like smoking cessation or weight concerns. Rather than just managing symptoms, hypnotherapy helps address the root patterns so you can experience lasting, sustainable change.

Is Reiki part of your work?

Yes, if requested by the client. Reiki is an energy-based practice that helps calm the nervous system, clear emotional “static,” and restore balance on a deeper level. In sessions, I often combine Reiki with hypnotherapy to support both the mind and the body helping you feel grounded, centered, and more connected to yourself. Many clients describe it as a deeply restorative experience that leaves them feeling lighter and more at ease.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is about helping you shift the way you think, feel, and respond in everyday life. While hypnosis works at the subconscious level, coaching gives you conscious tools to navigate challenges, reframe old stories, and practice new ways of showing up. Together, these approaches ensure lasting change rewiring the subconscious while strengthening the day-to-day habits and perspectives that keep you moving forward.
