Hypnotherapy and neuro-performance
coaching for established women business owners.
You're not short on awareness. You can trace this back, name the origin, describe the mechanics of it to anyone who asks. None of that has reached it, because knowing where a pattern came from and being able to get at it are two different things.
You hired the people and kept the work. You bought the capacity and you're still doing it at eleven at night, paying someone else to watch.
You walk into a room you built holding a clear read, and you give them the softer version instead. They take the safer option, it underperforms, and you replay the meeting for three nights.
A year of good numbers and you still feel one bad month from ruin. The account says steady. Whatever is making the decisions hasn't read the account.
There's a decision that's been sitting there since spring. You have the information, you're the only person who has to approve it, and you get to the edge of it and step back. The not-deciding is costing you the window.
It isn't only the business. It's what your body started doing after the pressure weeks, and it's the people at home getting whatever's left.
Different scenes. One pattern underneath all of them, and it isn't getting worse. It's getting audible.
You didn't build this. It was installed, under pressure, before you had much say in it, and at the time it worked. That's the part that gets missed. It wasn't a mistake, it was a solution, and it was a good enough one that it stayed.
It runs below the level the conscious mind operates on. Which is why you see it afterwards, never during. The decision is already made, the recommendation is already softened, the email is already on its fourth draft, and then the awareness arrives, precise and useless, three days late.
You've been using a retrospective tool on a live problem. That's not a discipline failure. It's what happens when the thing making the decisions and the thing observing them are running at different levels.
And no system reads itself from the inside. You can describe this pattern better than anyone in your life, and the describing is happening in the one place the pattern isn't.
Every route you've taken so far worked at the level of understanding. The therapy worked. The coaching worked. The five years of it worked. None of it went in where the program was installed, which is why it holds for a while and then it doesn't.
You haven't run out of options. You've run out of one kind of option.
Your coach gave you a good plan.
You know it's good, because you've watched other people run it and get results, and because the parts of it you do run work exactly the way they're supposed to. Then Tuesday. The client asks for the number, and you have the number, and you've had the number for two months. What comes out is the number with a discount attached that nobody asked for. You knew the plan.
Under pressure you didn't run the plan, you ran something older.
That's the whole thing. Strategy operates at the level of the plan. This operates at the level of what takes over when the plan meets pressure, and it was installed long before the plan existed. It's the same reason another mastermind won't do it. You don't have an information gap. You've been in rooms with better information than you needed, taking notes on things you already knew, and you left with a plan you didn't run either.
You're not choosing between me and another hypnotherapist. You're choosing between this and a coach, a mastermind, a retreat, or leaving it another year.
Three of those work on the plan. The fourth is the one you've already been doing.
Most work in this field starts with what you think is happening. This starts with what's actually running, and those are rarely the same thing.
You'll have it in writing before anything changes.
Then it goes in at the level the program was installed, which is the level you've never been able to reach from the inside. You're not there to manage it better. You're there to not have it.
Most people describe the first session as the strangest form of relief. Not because something dramatic happened, but because for once the thing under discussion was the thing that was actually running.
Hypnotherapy has an image problem, and the image is a stage act. What it actually is: a focused, relaxed state that people move in and out of most days without noticing it. The drive home you don't remember. The book that took an hour you'd have sworn was ten minutes. It's ordinary, and it's the state in which the subconscious stops filtering everything through the conscious mind's editing.
That matters here for one reason. The pattern isn't running at the level you've been working on it. Every conversation you've had about it, every insight, every reframe, has happened in the part of your mind the pattern isn't in. Hypnotherapy is the route to the part it is in.
It's also one of the more studied approaches in this field, with a body of clinical research behind it that most things sold alongside it don't have. I hold credentials through the International Hypnosis Association and I'm a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada, which means sessions can be receipted for reimbursement under some extended health plans.
What I won't tell you is that one session rewires anything permanently. It doesn't work like that, and anyone promising it is selling you something. What I will tell you is that it goes in where the program is, which is more than anything else you've tried has managed.

Hypnosis is a therapeutic approach that helps you access a relaxed, focused state where the conscious “thinking mind” steps back and the subconscious mind becomes more open to change. In this state, you’re not asleep or out of control—you’re deeply aware, but more receptive.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, I use this state to work with the part of your mind that drives habits, patterns, and self-beliefs—the part that often resists change through willpower alone. Hypnosis allows us to shift what’s underneath the surface: the loops of self-doubt, burnout, people-pleasing, or perfectionism that keep you stuck.
Think of it as updating old programming. Just like a computer runs on software, your subconscious runs on patterns that were often written years ago. Hypnosis creates the space to rewire those outdated scripts and install new ones—so you can feel calmer, more confident, and more aligned with who you really are.
During a session, I guide you into a relaxed, trance-like state where your mind is calm but focused. It’s very similar to that “in-between” feeling when you’re deeply absorbed in a book, daydreaming, or about to drift off to sleep. In this state, your subconscious mind—the part that runs your habits, beliefs, and automatic responses—becomes more open and receptive to positive suggestions.
From here, we can safely explore and gently shift the patterns that may be fueling self-doubt, burnout, people-pleasing, or other blocks. Some sessions focus on creating relief and calm in the moment, while others work at the root level—rewriting old subconscious scripts so they no longer run the show.
You remain aware and in control the entire time; you can open your eyes or stop the process at any point. The goal isn’t to “lose control”—it’s to give you a calm space where change feels easier and more natural. Many clients describe it as deeply restorative, often leaving the session with a clearer mind, a lighter body, and a new sense of perspective.
Yes, hypnotherapy is safe! You are always aware, always in control, and you can stop the process at any time.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, my role is to guide you gently into this state and work with you to release the subconscious patterns that no longer serve you. There are no hidden tricks or loss of control—just a collaborative process that allows your mind and body to relax deeply while creating the conditions for lasting transformation.
Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of challenges because it works at the subconscious level—the place where habits, beliefs, and automatic reactions are formed. People often use it for stress, burnout, anxiety, and overthinking, as well as building confidence, self-worth, and breaking patterns of people-pleasing or perfectionism. It’s also commonly used for sleep issues, fears and phobias, pain management, and even habit changes like smoking cessation or weight concerns. Rather than just managing symptoms, hypnotherapy helps address the root patterns so you can experience lasting, sustainable change.
Yes, if requested by the client. Reiki is an energy-based practice that helps calm the nervous system, clear emotional “static,” and restore balance on a deeper level. In sessions, I often combine Reiki with hypnotherapy to support both the mind and the body helping you feel grounded, centered, and more connected to yourself. Many clients describe it as a deeply restorative experience that leaves them feeling lighter and more at ease.
Coaching is about helping you shift the way you think, feel, and respond in everyday life. While hypnosis works at the subconscious level, coaching gives you conscious tools to navigate challenges, reframe old stories, and practice new ways of showing up. Together, these approaches ensure lasting change rewiring the subconscious while strengthening the day-to-day habits and perspectives that keep you moving forward.
